Resetting an Employee's Password

Overview

If an employee is unable to log in to the app and is receiving an incorrect credentials error, you can reset their password and update their username directly from the employee profile.


How to Reset a Password

Step 1 — Access the Employee Profile

In the side menu, click "Employee", then "Employee List". Find the relevant employee and click on their name or the edit button in their row.

Step 2 — Go to User Settings

In the employee profile, click the "App Settings" tab. Here you can view the employee's current username and update it if needed.

Click "Change Password" and enter a new password. The password must be at least 5 characters long.

Click "Save". The employee will now be able to log in with the new credentials.


Please note: Usernames are unique across the system - if the same username already exists, the save will fail. An error message will appear on the left side of the screen.
