Editing Employee Details

How to Access the Employee Profile

In the side menu, click "Employee", then "Employee List".

Find the relevant employee and click on their name or the pencil icon on the left side of their row.


What Can Be Edited in the Employee Profile

The employee profile is divided into several tabs - each covering a different area:

  • User & Settings - name, ID number, date of birth, address, contact details, etc.

  • App Settings - username, password, user type, and general settings

  • Money & Payments - bank account details, hourly/salaried pay configuration

  • Shift Settings - part of the Finances & Payments section. Settings related to the employee's shift schedule

  • Files & Documents - uploading required documents for employees and personal documents per employee

  • Personal Limitations — position type, employment percentage, vacation and sick leave limits

After editing the details, click "Save" at the top of the screen.
