A support ticket allows you to contact the EZTime team about anything — whether you've identified a bug, have a technical question, or would like to suggest an improvement to the system. Our team will begin handling your request as soon as possible.
How to Open a Service Request
In the top navigation bar, click "Support Tickets", then "New Ticket".
Fill in the relevant fields — a description of your request, the request type, and any additional details that will help us handle it effectively.
Click "Save" — your request has been submitted to our team.
